Can I purchase just TVs without a system?


Yes, we can supply hospitality TVs along with delivery or installation.

I have CAT5 cabling in the rooms, will your systems still work?


Our TV systems will work both over IP, with either wired (CAT5/6/7) or wireless connection, or over coax. Please note that some TV system featured are only available over IP.

Do you offer foreign language channels?


We offer a large range of foreign language channels over CAT5 or coax and we can customise the channel ordering.

How do I choose the right size TV?


The distance from the headboard and TV can determine the screen size.

You can calculate the minimum size by dividing that distance in inches by 3.

To calculate the maximum size, divide the distance by 2.

For example, if the distance is 120 inches, the minimum size is 40″ and maximum size is 60″.

I have lost a remote for a room, can this be replaced?

We are able to source replacement remotes at a small cost, so this is nothing to worry about. Please contact us, and we can have these sent out to your hotel within 3 working days.

Can you update the TV System for me?


As part of our support agreement, our design team can update content remotely at your request.
